Ep. 78: The Religion Remedy—Love God, Love Others

Our faith in Jesus should serve as a strong foundation that reflects in our relationship with God, each other, and the world. Unfortunately, things can go awry when “religion” sabotages the authentic connection we have in these relationships. We kick-off today’s episode of Tuesdays with Tina, by reflecting on Isaiah 58, a passage that highlights the hypocrisy of religious leaders who followed all the Sabbath rituals but still managed to sin while doing it. The remedy? Love God and love one another!

The religious spirit (one of the “destructive trio” I’ll be getting into in the next few episodes) infiltrates our lives and denies us the power to truly heal. Today, we’ll explore the characteristics of this spirit and how to conquer it with the love of Jesus. Join me today for an insightful discussion!

Blessings,
